Ciarán Bermingham is a UCC and CIT graduate with a BA in Theatre Studies and a Diploma in Food Retail Science. He is also qualified in Training & Development and Facilitation. His commercial career began in retail: first with Next (where he progressed to the role of Store Manager in Cork); then with the Brown Thomas Group; the Garibaldi Restaurant Group; Quill's Retail Stores and, ultimately; in the trading department of Musgraves/Super Valu/Centra.
Twenty years ago, Ciarán's career took a different path when he became a professional actor. Working in theatre, film and television, his credits include "A Game Of Thrones", "The Tudors", "Killnaskully", "I, Keano", "Bittersweet", "Fred and Alice", "Six By Sundown", "The Elephant Man", "The Devil's Larder" and "The Playboy Of The Western World".
Ivan McKenna (MEd) With over twenty-five years experience of working in HRM and HRD, Ivan has extensive experience of Organisational Development. Consulting to senior teams across the breadth of commercial sectors, he is regularly responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale interventions including: change management; HR strategy; leadership development; talent development and; executive coaching.
Ivan is also an award-winning Musical Director in professional theatre. He has worked in all of Ireland's major theatres on some of the country's largest and most successful productions with shows such as "Riverdance" and "I, Keano" among his many credits.
